Identify the material
Provide the URL or card/tournament identifier, the copyrighted work involved, and a clear description of the disputed use. Include your name, a reply address and whether you are the rights holder or an authorized representative. Keep private contact information out of public comments.
Information for a formal notice
A notice should include identification of the work and disputed material, contact information, a physical or electronic signature, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement of accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury. Do not submit knowingly false claims.
Review and action
We review reports and may restrict or remove material and take action on accounts responsible for repeated infringement. We may ask for more information and provide relevant details to the uploader when needed to resolve a claim. A report does not itself establish infringement.
Disputing a removal
If you believe a removal was mistaken, reply to support with the affected item and your explanation or permission documentation. Formal counter-notices have specific legal requirements and may disclose your contact details to the claimant. Seek appropriate advice before submitting one. We do not promise automatic restoration or a particular outcome.
