Safety & Reporting
A clear report helps moderators understand the issue and find the affected content.
Report the specific item
Use the report menu on a card, comment, result, review, tournament or room where available. Choose the reason that best describes the issue and include concise, factual context.
What to include
Identify the affected content, describe what happened and explain why it concerns you. For an incorrect image, name the intended subject. For a rights concern, identify the work and the disputed use. Do not include passwords or full payment details.
What happens next
Reports enter a moderation queue. Authorized reviewers may restrict content or take account action. You can check supported report status information in Safety & reports. Submitting a report does not guarantee removal or a specific response time.
Manage your own experience
Use the available mute and chat controls when you want to step away from a conversation. You do not need to keep engaging with someone to make a report. Avoid reposting harmful material in public to draw attention to it.
Urgent situations
Half1Halfs reporting is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service for their location. Do not rely on a platform report for an urgent response.
Account and billing concerns
Keep personal account and payment information private. Billing management is on the Pricing page. The Help Center lists current contact options and the status of our support mailbox.
