Terms of Service

Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials private, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. You must have legal authority to authorize any purchase you make. The 18+ content preference is a declaration, not identity verification.
Playing and participating
Half1Halfs lets players create tournaments, choose winners and discuss their picks. Results reflect player choices, not objective ratings or endorsements. Follow Community Guidelines and Content Rules. Do not harass people, impersonate others, expose private information, distribute prohibited content, bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give Half1Halfs a nonexclusive permission to store, reproduce, resize, crop and display that content as needed to operate and moderate the features you use. When you choose to share a card in the Community Library, this includes allowing other members to use it in Half1Halfs tournaments. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising uses. Submit only material you have a valid right to use.
Sharing and removal
Shared cards may already appear in other tournaments. Deleting your own tournament does not necessarily remove separately shared cards or copies made by other users. Contact support about removing shared material. We may restrict content or accounts for violations, security concerns or legal obligations. Deleted comments remain available to authorized moderators for review.
Monthly subscription
Half1Halfs Subscriber costs $0.99 USD per month and renews monthly until canceled. Checkout shows the amount and any applicable tax before you authorize payment. A free account does not automatically become a paid subscription. Administrator-granted Content Creator benefits are separate from payments. The Pricing page describes currently available benefits.
Cancellation and refunds
Use Manage subscription on the Pricing page to cancel the next renewal. Access continues through the paid billing period unless a refund, dispute or account restriction changes eligibility. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment. Send refund requests to support@half1halfs.com for individual review. If you cannot access your account or billing portal, contact support for cancellation assistance. Applicable statutory rights are preserved.
Guest creations and account closure
Guest tournaments and their rooms expire after 24 hours. Register and import guest creations before that deadline to keep them. Guest cards are not added to the Community Library. Account closure and personal-data requests are handled through support. Closing an account or restricting content does not itself cancel recurring billing; request cancellation through the portal or support as well.
Service changes and disagreements
Features may change or become unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We will communicate material subscription changes before they apply where required. Contact support with a description and relevant links if you disagree with a moderation or billing decision. These terms do not require arbitration or waive rights that cannot legally be waived. Updates to these terms will be identified by their effective date.
