Privacy Policy

Information we use
We process account email addresses, usernames, password authentication data and sessions; profile details and preferences; tournaments, choices, results, uploads, comments and room activity; and reports and moderation records. Security and abuse controls may process IP addresses and request information. Support receives information you include in messages.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate accounts, deliver verification and password-reset messages, provide tournaments and community features, personalize settings, administer subscriptions, answer support requests, investigate abuse and meet applicable obligations. Do not submit sensitive personal information in public profiles, cards or comments.
Public and shared information
Chosen profile information and published content can be visible to other people. Shared Community cards can be reused in tournaments. Official tournament covers are public. Supported profile privacy controls affect the collections described by those controls; they do not make all activity private. Other users may retain information they already viewed or copied.
Providers and payments
Cloudflare hosts the application, database and media. Resend sends account emails. Stripe processes subscriptions and handles payment details. Half1Halfs stores billing identifiers and subscription status, not full payment-card numbers. These providers process information to deliver their services and may process it outside your country. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably needed to protect the service and its users.
Cookies and local storage
Account cookies maintain sign-in sessions. Browser storage saves supported preferences, guest identity and play state. Clearing it may sign you out or remove guest access. The application does not configure an optional marketing tracker. Providers may use storage needed for security and payments. See Cookie Preferences for available controls.
Retention
Account and saved feature data remain while needed to operate your account and the features you use. Guest tournaments and rooms expire after 24 hours unless imported into an account before expiry. Deleting a comment hides its text from ordinary users, but authorized moderators can retain it with reports and account-action records for safety review. Billing, security and legal records may be retained when needed for disputes, fraud prevention or applicable obligations. Backups may retain information until their normal replacement cycle.
Access, correction and deletion
Email support@half1halfs.com to request access, correction or deletion. We verify control of the affected account before disclosing or changing private data. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or identity documents unless a specifically justified verification method has been agreed with support. Account deletion is handled through support, not an automated button. We explain any information that must be retained and respond as required by applicable law. Cancel recurring billing separately through Manage subscription or request support assistance.
Age and privacy choices
Accounts are for people age 13 and older. We do not offer accounts to children under 13; contact support if you believe such a child has provided account information. Use available profile and sharing controls to limit publication. Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional rights concerning your information. Contact support to exercise them or raise a concern.
Policy updates
We update this page when relevant practices change and identify the effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required. This policy describes Half1Halfs; linked external services have their own privacy information.
